One of the carafes broke mid-brew after just 6 months of use. Had great difficulty finding a replacement pot. Coffee does not stay hot after brewing. Look for a better coffee maker!

it's good if you have a household that some drink regular a d some drink decaf.
the baskets even when you wash them everday they end up not filtering the coffee through so i had to switch to paper filters. plus the burners doesn't keep the coffee hot for long.

The first pot we rec'd leaked the water out one side. The replacement seems to be working OK so far. Coffee does not get hot enough or stay hot enough.

Very good experience.
This is the 3rd double coffee maker I have bought and this one is it. The CucinaPro 1711 has everything I have been looking for. This one is the best. I love every thing about it. What took you guys so long?
