I use this product nightly while I watch TV. I am able to stay on the bike for longer periods of time. The bike is so quiet I can even talk on the phone while I peddle. The narrow seat is not that comfortable for me but since I already had a seat cover that fit right on it there is no problem with comfort.

I work at a remote location in an extreme environment 2 weeks out of six. Shared living space is limited and outdoor exercise not an option much of the time. This bike is compact, lightweight, quiet and seems well built. Perfect for my needs.
