Grills steaks to perfection. Timer lets you walk away and come back when it is done...on both sides of the steak. Removable grills are wonderful for easy cleaning. The drip tray catches all the dripping, not on your counter like other well known grills. I love this grill. I cook large cut veggies. Hot dogs and sausage fit perfectly in the grill slots. The best counter grill there is.

It's used primarily for meats, fish, and vegetables. The best part is the removable grids and things that aren't so great about it are NONE! This grill is a permanent resident in our house and people who have visited wound up purchasing one themselves.

Marinaded meats cook quickly with this product. Combine with veggies to make a complete meal. Deep reservoir can also be use to make crispy cornbread or warm sandwiches. Make sure you warm up first.

I just got off the phone with Hamilton Beach, and they told me they don't guarantee the grids; and all the paint is coming off. They said it's okay to eat the paint. I can't believe what they told me. That's it for me and any Hamilton Beach product!

Great grill, large cooking area, grill plates are dishwasher-safe and the drip tray is secure but easy to remove so cleanup is easy. There are no real cons for this grill if what you want is a grill; it has no temperature controls but that's not a big deal, it has no interchangeable plates but again that's not a real problem. The only serious issue is that it's so big! It takes up a lot of space on the counter and the plates take up a lot of room in the dishwasher, but if you want to cook more than a couple of burgers it would be hard to find a better grill. George doesn't know Jack about grills compared to this one!

I use this product to grill steaks, chicken, turkey cutlets, fish, and hamburgers. I like the fact that it cooks both sides at the same time. Most meats are done in 5-6 minutes.
