The crib and changing table both [...]scratches very easily. Easy to assemble, beautiful color. Just wish it came with parts to hide the screws that are very visible.

We plan on using this crib only as far as a toddler bed so did not care that the wood scratches easily. We feel its good enough quality for the price, it looks nice, is sturdy and safe. Its definitley not built to be a family heirloom, but will do the job for our purposes!

My baby hasn't slept in it yet, but everything was much easier to put together than I thought. My husband did the crib all by himself and I put the changer together with my parents one afternoon while they were visiting. The finishes look great too.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was really quick, especially since we were ordering during the holidays. Our delivery actually came on Christmas Eve. No damage to any of the pieces. It was great.

Basically, this is another item that you get what you pay for. It looks really nice, but it is just another example of a cheap out-sourced product. I give it a middle of the road rating because of the price point and looks.\n\nI did a lot of research before I bought this set, with the dresser. I only bought this because I couldn't afford a 3 peice set over $1000.\n\nFor those of you that expect something durable at this price point, you're dreaming. If you really want something that will last, you have to spend the money ($1500-$2500) on quality all wood products. In the mean time, it will do fine for our one child, but with the cheap "sustainable" super-soft wood I doubt it will hold up for another child.

It took us about an our to assemble the crib between me and my husband. The instructions were written poorly and were a little confusing. The color from the crib was a little different from the color of the 3 drawer dresser/changing table. The crib was a little lighter than the dresser. Overall we are satisfied with the crib so far. To put together the dresser/changing table it took us about 2 hours. There were many pieces to build it and the instructions were very confusing. We were dissapointed on the quality of it. What you see in the pictures is what you get, a nice outside. The back of the dresser is thick cardboard. Also the bottom of the drawers is cardboard. The sides of the drawers are made of a very cheap, soft wood or something similar to it. The color of the dresser was much more like the pictures shown in the website.We are happy with our purchase, and like how it looks, but are dissapointed because it doesn't seem to be very good quality.We wanted to order the hutch/dresser but we are not considering it anymore because ~[$]seem to a lot for a piece of furniture that has to be totally assembled, and that parts of it are cardboard. Not worth it in our opinion.

It was shipped very fast within 48 hours. And we got it less than a week after. \n\nIt was shipped via Fedex. They left the boxes outside our garage at 9am. We did not get home until 5pm and were surprised they were just left there. We at least think they should've put them next to the front door to be a little more protected. What would've happen if somebody stole them? \n\nThe boxes were pretty much in good condition and the product wasn't damaged in the shipping.

This set looks great, seems quite flexible and assembles easy enough, but as you finish building it you notice the inferior overall craftsmanship. First off it's made from very soft wood (what, balsa wasn't available?) that dents and scratches merely by coming in contact with things as simple as your wedding ring. Trust us you do not want to accidentally hit this thing into a doorway or have any metal come into contact with it or it's toast.Then once you start using it the "lock tight screws" start to come unlocked from such over the top activities such as opening the drawer to get a blanket or placing you child down on the changing table. I can't count how many times we've had to re-assemble drawers.For what we paid we expected more than [...] type furniture, but in reality that is what you are going to get. Our son is only 8 months old, but we already have our doubts this thing will last to be converted into a toddler bed.

The pieces were beautiful [...]. However, the assembly instructions are AWFUL! None of the pieces are labeled and the instructions are vague at best. Plan on being a while when you start to put these pieces together. The difficulty in assembly really takes away from the product.

Very pleased with the look of the furniture. I am a little disappointed with how easily the furniture gets bangged up. I would definitely recommend this product to friends. Great product for the price!!
