The blades were the wrong size. I'm donating them to Goodwill. I couldn't get blade dimensions during the purchase phase, so I took a chance because the picture looked the same as the old blades.

Identical to my existing fan blades except two side-by-side holes were slightly too narrow. A quick re-drill of these and they were good to go. It would help to have a diagram of the bolt pattern on the website before ordering.
